Investment & Terms

Decorating & Design Fee: Starting from US$40,000

Includes: design development, sourcing of all furniture, décor & textiles, logistics, delivery, installation, and full styling and staging across interiors and exteriors.

Excludes: structural works, built-in custom carpentry, major landscaping beyond planters/ornamentals, significant electrical/plumbing modifications unrelated to furnishings and styling.
