The Young Nomad Decorating & Design Package provides a complete FF&E furnishing and decorating solution. Every piece — from major furniture to subtle décor accents — is removable and non-structural, allowing for effortless updates and flexibility without any construction work.

Bedrooms

Each bedroom will be styled with premium beds and mattresses, custom or upholstered headboards, bedside tables with ambient lamps, luxury linens and pillows, handwoven rugs, wall art, and decorative pieces that evoke a sense of modern island ease and individuality.

Living & Dining Areas

The living area will include a statement linen or rattan sofa, accent chairs, natural wood coffee and side tables, soft layered rugs, throws, cushions, and curated artwork for a relaxed yet refined aesthetic.
The dining area will feature a solid wood dining table with matching chairs, pendant lighting, and accent décor that ties seamlessly into the living and kitchen spaces.

Design & Decorating Fee: Starting from US$40,000

Includes: design development, FF&E sourcing, procurement, delivery, installation, and full final styling.

Excludes: construction work, custom built-ins, or major mechanical/electrical modifications.
