Investment & Terms
- Decorating Fee: Starting from US$60,000
- Includes: sourcing of all furniture, furnishings, décor, and textiles; logistics; delivery; installation; and full decorating setup.
- Excludes: construction or architectural changes, major landscaping beyond decorative planting, and electrical or plumbing work unrelated to décor installation.
