Each adult bedroom styled with premium beds & mattresses, luxury linens & pillows, headboards, bedside tables & lamps, wall art & decorative accents, soft furnishings (throws, cushions) & ambient lighting. The kids’ room styled for comfort, durability, playful accents, storage, safe materials, and child-friendly textiles.
Living / Communal Areas
Comfortable sofas & lounge chairs; coffee & side tables; area rugs; throws & decorative cushions; curated wall art or mirrors; ambient & task lighting; console or side tables; décor that reflects family warmth & style.
Dining & Kitchen
Dining table + chairs for family gatherings; kitchen/bar stools; elegant tableware & display pieces; decorative elements around kitchen/dining to enhance feel; shelving or display items to enrich visual interest.
Outdoor / Patio / Garden
Poolside / patio loungers & umbrellas; outdoor dining; lounge or daybeds; garden art & planters; outdoor-rated textiles (cushions, rugs) suitable for family use; ambient outdoor lighting for evenings.

Investment & Terms

Styling Fee: Starting from US$60,000
Includes: sourcing all required furniture, decor & textiles; shipping or delivery; installation & placement; final styling & staging.
Excludes: structural modifications; major landscaping beyond planters / garden art; large electrical or plumbing changes (beyond lighting and furniture-related fixtures).
