- Outdoor / Pool & Patio — Upgraded pool loungers & umbrellas; patio dining set; outdoor lounge / daybed options; garden art & planters; outdoor accent lighting; soft outdoor cushions and outdoor-rated rugs for comfort and ambience.

All items are removable/remodelable — no structural work or construction is required. Fit-out is purely furnishings, décor, finishing, and styling.
Investment & Terms
- Total Styling Fee: Starting from US$50,000
- Includes: sourcing of all furniture, textiles, décor; delivery to site; installation; final styling.
- Excludes: structural changes; large-scale landscaping beyond decorative planting; extensive electrical rewiring beyond lighting fixtures as part of décor; any permits or hard-construction works.
